Birthday present and card time Tim!!
Loes gave Tim some tins and a good spatula and some money so he was thrilled with this great gift from her and Gerard.
Even worth a hug!!! Aahh........kitchen prince and princess for a day!!
We gave him some cake icing books so that he can get to grips with learning the art of icing the English way.
I'd made this Sunken Chocolate cake with creme fraiche, raspberries and strawberries which we eat as dessert in the evening. I think Tim had a super birthday and one he will remember fondly. It was busy, fun, great friends around him and lots of laughter. That's what it is all about, right?Sue xx
